Nickolaos Chatzigogos is a special Geologist, with a PhD in Geotechnical Engineering. In 2002 he completed his postgraduate studies in Engineering Geology in the Civil Engineering Department of  Imperial College, University of London.

From 2004 to the present, he is a scientific associate of the Geology Department of A.U.Th., teaching both bachelor and master courses. At the same time, he has accomplished more than 50 geological and geotechnical studies as well as research programmes.

From 2011 to the present, he has worked for Proentasi – George D. Sapiridis & Associates, Design & Construction Company.
